I have worked at the crossroads of scientific discovery, technological innovation, and human development, always with a belief that no single discipline holds all the answers. From leading data-driven research at the European Union's Joint Research Centre, to developing learning frameworks for children and adults, to building businesses that serve real human needs — every step has been about bridging knowledge with compassion.

My vision is to revolutionize Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) in India by empowering teachers and children with the world's best learning methodologies.

My mission is to bring high-quality education and care to the grassroots level, ensuring every child receives an opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. Through Neuropi and My School ITALY, I strive to bridge the gap between research, psychology, and practical early learning.

Milestones

First Milestone – UK Queen's Award

Awarded the prestigious UK Queen's Award for Excellence in Studies — the only non-British recipient in the last 27 years of Britain's educational history.

2004 – EU's Joint Research Commission Award

Honored as Best IT Consultant of the Year by the EU's Joint Research Commission for dedicated work in the Human Medicines Department, Ispra, Italy.

From a successful IT career, I transitioned back to academia — completing a Master's in English from Cambridge and a Doctorate in Child Psychology from the University of Essex.

This phase marked a deep personal evolution. As a woman entrepreneur, vulnerability often manifested as uncertainty, risk, and emotional exposure. Embracing these emotions instead of resisting them gave me the courage to grow and lead with empathy and resilience.

2014 – Open Knowledge Award

Received the World's most prestigious Open Knowledge Award for Best Business Initiative. This was a defining turning point in my life and entrepreneurial journey.

The same year, I launched My School ITALY, becoming the first Italian preschool franchise in India — fulfilling my mother's dream of bringing one of Europe's best early education systems to millions of children in India.

2016 – Research Breakthrough Publication

Published groundbreaking research on "Integrating Neuro-Linguistic Programming in Early Childhood Curriculum" in the International Journal of Educational Psychology.

This research demonstrated a 47% improvement in cognitive development and emotional intelligence in children exposed to NLP-based teaching methodologies compared to traditional approaches.

The study received international recognition and laid the foundation for modernizing early childhood education frameworks across multiple countries.

2017 – Keynote at Global Education Summit

Invited as the keynote speaker at the World Education Summit in ITALY, presenting on "The Future of Early Childhood Education: Bridging Neuroscience and Pedagogy."

Shared insights on creating hybrid educational models that combine Montessori principles with modern cognitive science, reaching an audience of 5,000+ educators from 82 countries.

This address established My School ITALY as a global thought leader in innovative early childhood education methodologies.

2018 – Ritzy Foundation

Launched the "Ritzy Foundation" initiative, bringing quality early childhood education to remote tribal areas and economically disadvantaged communities across India.

Developed innovative low-cost teaching aids and mobile learning units that could operate without electricity or internet connectivity, reaching over 15,000 children in 200 villages.

This initiative demonstrated that quality education could be accessible regardless of geographical or economic constraints.

2019 – Guinness World Record

Recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the Most Humanitarian Person of the World for impactful work in war-torn African regions and with tribal communities across Southeast Asia.

June 2019 – European Business Awards

My School ITALY was chosen among millions of European industries as a "Ones to Watch" Company by the European Business Awards for excellence in teaching methodologies.

The innovations — DECANT (a teaching tool) and MILESTONES (an assessment system) — reflect over 30 years of experience in ECEC and deep child psychology research.

In 2014, Temple University (USA) accepted my research introducing Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) into ECEC, making My School ITALY the first preschool in the world to embed NLP into its curriculum.

June 2019 – India Didactic Award

Ritzy Schools received the India Didactic Award (IDA) for its innovative curriculum and methodologies.

December 4, 2019 – National Winner of Italy

My School ITALY was declared National Winner of Italy by the European Business Awards.

December 14, 2019 – MSME Award

Ritzy Schools received the prestigious Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Award for excellence in educational innovation.
